Identify and prioritize AI opportunities across various client scenarios. Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external resources to support AI solution development and build a robust future pipeline.?Project Execution & DeliveryLead the implementation of a large-scale data platform or AI transformation, oversee the full lifecycle projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality deliveryManage risks and coordinate with cross-functional teams.?Technical Expertise & InnovationBe a trusted technical advisor to customers and solve complex technical challenges and establish credibility & build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customers’ organization. Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, guiding the team in technical designs and leveraging cutting-edge technology to build robust and innovative AI solutions.?Team Leadership & DevelopmentBuild, mentor, and lead a high-performing Data & AI team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. Qualifications-Bachelor’s degree in computer science, AI, Data Science or a related field.-Deep expertise in AI, Machine Learning and Deep Learning, including proficiency in Python/Java and popular AI ****works (TensorFlow, PyTorch), coupled with a solid understanding of data management, governance, security principles.-Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, Data Science, and cloud platforms for AI deployment.-Proven experience leading AI teams or technical projects-Customer focused attitude, sensitivity to the changing and urgent needs of the business -Fluent in English
