工作職責:1、協同美術總監/主美，策劃，程序和設計師創造高質量，有可玩性賣點的視覺特效，但在技術規格內運行；2、持續跟進特效的表現效果，并不斷優化；3、制定特效規范文檔；4、對游戲機制有深入全面的了解，以便最有效地制作出特效，來傳達游戲的關鍵信息；5、銜接美術內部其他部門，協同其他部門設計和優化特效效果；6、外包管理，把控外包質量；任職資格1、大專及以上學歷，美術類或相關院校畢業，有扎實的美術基礎；2、有5年以上的游戲特效工作經驗，三年以上的UE4使用經驗，擁有成功的項目經驗，；3、美術功底扎實，色彩感覺敏銳，想象力豐富，對節奏感、運動規律有深入的理解，對各種類型游戲中的特效有廣泛和深入的了解；4、熟練掌握3dsMAX或者MAYA, Houdini等3D制作軟件中的一款，要求能用軟件制作出煙，火，水，剛體破碎等特效素材并導入引擎使用；5、熟練使用UE4特效模塊，尤其是粒子及材質系統，能制作特效常用的各種材質以及材質函數打包，熟悉Sequence及特效相關藍圖；6、對新技術，新流程新事物有足夠的好奇心，及其求變；7、富有團隊合作精神，責任心強，良好的溝通能力，善于學習和總結，樂于分享，能承受一定的工作壓力。
