機械設計主管工作描述
Main Responsibilities主要職責
?Under this title Hongmao recognize the engineer able to delivery high quality results in the following scope of job:如下工作
1.Concept design 概念設計
2.Assembly drawing development 裝配圖設計
3.Pneumatic drawing 氣路圖及BOM
4.Release BOM 下發采購清單及備件清單
5.Release operator manual,make training 制作操作文檔及相關培訓
6.Detail drawing and manufacturing spec definition 詳圖和加工規范定義
7.Communicate with customer for technical clarification, understand customer’s requirement 與客戶做技術澄清，了解客戶的詳細需求
8.Basic tech proposal with best cost 基于最低成本的技術方案

?Guide and assign the mechanical engineer to the proper and more suitable activity. 指導并安排、監督項目中其他成員的工作。
?Define the machine and tool concept and share with the Control Engineer the system correct application 定義機械和控制的概念，并且與控制工程師分享設備的應用概念，時序
?Develop the mechanical groups and the cycle diagram of the station starting from machine schemes.開發機械部套和節拍圖
?Define the correct manufacturing spec with detail drawings 詳圖中的加工規范制定
?Choose the best technical solutions using Hongmao-Auto standards 選擇符合鴻懋規范的最佳技術方案
?Drive and checks suppliers’ work progress 推動和檢查供應商的工作進展
?Response to the failure/risk discovered in project execution phase 針對項目執行過程中的問題和風險做出快速響應
?In charge the achievement of time and costs targets of his part of project defined and shared with the T.L. 達到項目要求的時間和成本要求
?Be open-minded and persistent in quality improvement and optimization思路開闊，能夠持續對質量改進和優化

Requirements需求
?Deep knowledge standards and special applications 深入的汽車行業機械裝配知識規范和特殊的應用
?Intermediate knowledge of Office 微軟office軟件
?Advanced CAD (2D/3D) user CAD 2D/3D制圖及相關軟件如AutoCad,Soliworks
?Follow or improve the company processes 遵守并優化公司的機械設計流程
?Spare parts,Preventive maintenance備品備件，預防性維護等相關知識
?Internal product (assembly lines) 汽車動力總成裝配線相關工作經驗
?Internal product (flexible lines) 其它柔性生產線相關工作經驗
?Experience with ball screw, linear guide,nut runner,servo motor,cylinder,valve etc 對滾珠絲杠，線性滑軌，擰緊槍，伺服電機，氣缸，電磁閥等應用比較熟悉
?Technical English language 簡單的技術英語
