崗位職責：1、負責投標文件的整體策劃、編寫、排版及裝訂，確保符合招標要求；2、協調技術、商務、財務等部門，整合技術方案、資質證明、財務報表等材料；3、檢查投標文件的完整性、準確性，避免廢標或扣分風險；4、訂單處理，協助銷售做報價單、做合同、安排發貨、發票、安排技術服務工程師；5、負責公司銷售相關文件資料的管理、歸類、整理、建檔和保管工作；6、負責各類銷售指標的月度、季度、年度統計報表和報告的制作、編寫，并隨時答復領導對銷售動態情況的質詢；7、協助銷售人員做好上門客戶的接待和電話來訪工作。崗位要求：1、本科及以上學歷，專業不限；2、3年以上制造業跟單和招投標相關工作經驗；3、語言表達能力強，善于溝通，具有較強的文字功底和承壓能力。
