1 Establish and improve the facility and production equipment management system.

2 Responsible for the establishment and continuous improvement of equipment files and accounts.
負責設備檔案和臺帳的建立和不斷完善工作
3 Preparation, organization and implementation of maintenance and maintenance plans for plant facilities and production related equipment.
負責廠房設施及生產(chǎn)相關設備的維護保養(yǎng)計劃的編制、組織和實施
4 Arrange work for maintenance engineer and technician, KPI setup and KPI management.
負責設備維修工程師和維修技師的工作安排、績效考核和績效管理
5 Manage and organize the repair and maintenance of plant and facilities, coordinate the internal and external parties, deal with the plant facilities failures timely, and ensure the safe and reliable operation of all facilities.
管理和組織對廠房設施進行維修和維護，協(xié)調內部和外部相關方，對廠房設施故障進行及時處理，確保各項設施安全可靠運行
6 Responsible for repair, maintenance of facility, production related machines (including CNC machining Dept and Surface treatment Dept),ensure that production equipment is in good condition, improve machine efficiency and reduce downtime.
負責生產(chǎn)相關設備（包含機加工部門及電鍍部門）的及時維修、維護和保養(yǎng)；保證生產(chǎn)設備處于良好的狀態(tài)，提高運行效率，降低停機時間
7 Promote TPM and continuously improve the level of self-maintenance and professional maintenance.
推行TPM，不斷提高自主保全和專業(yè)保全的水平
8 Continuously strengthen and improve the preventive maintenance and management of production equipment.
不斷加強和提高生產(chǎn)設備的預防性維護管理
9 Setup proper safety stock of spare parts and manage the inventory.
建立合理的備件庫存，并對備件庫存進行管理
10 Management of production equipment manual.
生產(chǎn)設備手冊的管理
11 Make improvements solutions and implement according to the status of production equipment.
根據(jù)生產(chǎn)設備的運行情況提出改進方案并實施
12 Complete the maintenance records in timely and make sure the traceability of maintenance records.
及時、完整地填寫維修記錄，并確保維修記錄的可追溯性
13 Do root cause analysis of equipment failure,take containment measures in time to deal with problems,and take preventive measures according to the root cause to avoid repeated failures.
針對設備故障進行根本原因分析，及時采取圍堵措施處理問題，并根據(jù)根本原因采取預防措施，避免故障的重復發(fā)生
14 Makeup and tracking of budget related to plant facilities and production equipment.
廠房設施和生產(chǎn)設備相關的預算的編制和跟蹤
15 Other tasks that are assigned by Manufacturing Manager.

Qualifications and Desired Skills 資質與技能
1 Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanism or electric.
本科及以上學歷，機械、電氣及機電一體化相關專業(yè)
2 At least 2 years maintenance management experience of production equipment in large-scale manufacturing enterprises
具備至少2年在大型生產(chǎn)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)設備的維護管理經(jīng)驗
3 Actual maintenance knowledge and experience of lathes, machining centers and other equipment is a plus
銑床、車床、加工中心等設備的維護管理經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先
4 TPM experience is a plus.
具備TPM相關經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先
5 CET 4 first, can read English technical documentation, basic listening, speaking and writing.
英語四級，能閱讀英文技術文檔，具備基本的英語聽、說、寫的能力
6 Responsible, Initiative.
